The replacement of the water heater and temperature controller is usually done by professional maintenance personnel at home. However, some friends like to do it themselves, but they don't know much about it. Replacing the water heater and temperature controller is not difficult.

1. Turn off the hot water heater of the circuit breaker.

2. Remove the fixed upper and lower panels and enter the water tank of the water heater. Use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the screws. Remove the maintenance panel and pull the cover to cover any insulation at the constant temperature.

3. Remove the probe from the upper terminal of the thermostat on the voltmeter. Scrape open the body of the water heater and other voltage probes to obtain an outstanding grounding.

4. Disconnect the wire that needs to be connected to the temperature controller; Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the wire terminal screw. Use a Phillips screwdriver to disconnect the fixed upper thermostatic water heater.

5. Take the new upper part of the thermostat and insert it into the orientation of the water heater, as well as the fixing screws that secure the thermostat. Tighten the terminal screws of the thermostat around the end hook of the twisted wire to secure the metal wire.

6. Remove the wires from the lower thermostat. Remove the screw that turns off the low constant temperature water heater, and then remove the closed constant temperature water heater.

7. Take a new lower constant temperature and secure the fixing screws of the thermostat. Connect the wire terminal screws and tighten the screws.

8. Fold the insulation material in the thermostat and reinstall the access panel cover. Open the hot water heater of the circuit breaker.
