The working principle of a fully automatic water boiler

1. The water heater is connected to the water source through a hose, and the water source enters the cold water tank and is introduced into the boiling water heater. The water level rises, and a floating ball valve is operated to the restricted height to actively shut off the water source.

2. The water source enters the cold water tank, the cold water control ball floats, and the control circuit power is connected.

3. Connect the power, the red indicator light is on, indicating that there is power. When the green light shows that the heating tube is working, it takes about five minutes to start boiling water, and at the same time, cold water is constantly replenished into the boiling water dispenser, forming a work program.

4. The boiling water continuously overflows into the boiling water tank, causing the water level to rise. The electric control float of the boiling water gradually rises to the limit height, and the heating pipe of the boiling water tank is disconnected to stop the operation. The green light is off, and when the water temperature in the water tank drops by 98 ℃, it actively opens. At this moment, the yellow light is on.

5. After drinking hot water, the water level in the hot water tank drops, causing the electric control float to drop. At this time, the green light is on and boiling water begins.

6. Based on the above principles, the water heater can achieve fully active cyclic operation through the above program control functions, without the need for dedicated personnel to manage.

7. Due to other reasons, the water heater has cold, hot water, and overflow pipes inside. Water will overflow from the pipes and will not cause damage. It should be checked and repaired in a timely manner.

8. Due to water supply interruption, the cold water control ball will drop to the restricted position and actively block the control circuit to stop the operation system. If there is a persistent water shortage or shutdown, the main power supply should be blocked to protect the water heater.
